Former Product Management Director in Smarten Software, a successful Italian start up specialized in Customer Care & Billing systems, where he led the marketing and technical development of Smarten flagship product Smarten Mobile IP.

During his tenure in Smarten, Augusto also appeared as speaker at industry events and was involved in several international billing organizations.

Previously, Augusto was in charge of managing the largest business unit in CPG, an Internet based software company. In that role, Augusto was instrumental in achieving the best than ever business unit results in terms of revenue, profit and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining ERIS4, Augusto covered several technical and management positions in defense and aerospace projects for international consortiums.

Augusto brings to ERIS4 his intimate knowledge of the business and operational processes related to the rating & billing industry and his extensive experience in building teams that deliver innovative solutions to the market.

Augusto holds a M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome.

Married with two daughters, Augusto is a certified wine taster.
