It all began in 2002, when a team of rating & billing specialists recognized that the way in which telecommunication and financial services were rated and priced could be greatly improved. Coming from backgrounds in developing cross-industry products and projects, they understood the value that developing extremely fast, lightweight, synchronous specialized rating solutions had brought to other vendors, system integrators and operators.

So they launched a company to deliver what they envisioned as a family of the fastest and lightest pure rating solutions on the market. In 2002 they incorporated ERIS4, a name whose ancient Greek root is ready to challenge, and began to develop a common software environment designated as ERIS4 Rating Platform™.

The ERIS4 Rating Platform™ is a high performance, synchronous, transactional based rating software which implements the basic rating concepts. Thanks to the extremely efficient characteristics of the ERIS4 Rating Platform™ it is possible to develop a set of products to pursue opportunities in targeted industries and segments. Each dedicated product will include graphical user interfaces, functionality and rating rules specific to the targeted industry and segment.

WARP4 is the first dedicated product based on the ERIS Rating Platform™ technology.

WARP4 is a rating solution specifically designed to manage both prepaid and postpaid telecommunication scenarios. WARP4 can be installed virtually on any machine, is independent of database technology, can be run alongside any other application and can synchronously answer any rating request in less than 5 msec.

All ERIS4 products are offered as OEM products.
